The Mandatory 8 Count Cancer Foundation provides financial assistance to low-income cancer survivors who are struggling to pay everyday bills while fighting the battle of their lives.
WHO WE HELP
We assist low-income cancer survivors who are currently undergoing treatment or in recovery. Our foundation steps in to help cover the bills that pile up when you are focused on fighting cancer — so you can concentrate on getting better.

All applications must be submitted before December 12, 2026. Grants are awarded on a first come, first serve basis while funds are available.
WE ASSIST WITH
IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
All cancer survivors applying for financial assistance must reside within a 5-mile radius of a Walmart location from which the Mandatory 8 Count Cancer Foundation has received funding. Please confirm your proximity to a qualifying Walmart before submitting your application.

COMPLETE ALL SECTIONS
Fill out every section of the application completely and accurately. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.
GATHER YOUR DOCUMENTS
You will need proof of income (check stubs, direct deposit records) and proof of current medical status from your doctor.
EMAIL YOUR APPLICATION
Email your completed application and supporting documents to [email protected] to begin the approval process.
AWAIT DETERMINATION
Our team will review your application and make a determination. Grants are awarded on a first come, first serve basis.
